LabTech AutoEmpore Automatic Solid Phase Extractor

The AutoEmpore Automatic Solid Phase Extractor is designed for the purification and enrichment of organic pollutants in large-volume water samples, including drinking water, surface water, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater. With a maximum sample loading flow rate of 120 mL/min, the system significantly improves loading efficiency compared to traditional cartridge-based SPE methods.

 

Featuring an innovative sample loading design with automated in-line filtration and water removal, the AutoEmpore system eliminates a large amount of tedious manual work, making operation more convenient, greatly reducing sample processing time, and improving overall analytical efficiency. It is widely applied in environmental monitoring, public health, and forensic investigations.

  • Ultra-efficient: Enrichment of 3 sets of 1L water samples completed in 10 minutes; full solid-phase extraction process for 3 sets of 1L water samples completed within 30 minutes.
  • No filtration required: Raw water samples, such as surface water, can be processed directly without the need for filtration.
  • Low background: Ultra-short tubing design ensures low PFAS and low plasticizer background.
  • Precise independent control: Each channel can run different methods independently, with a dual independent pump system accurately controlling flow rates.
  • Integrated disk and cartridge: Supports 25mm, 47mm, and 90mm SPE disks, as well as 1, 3, 6, and 12 specifications of SPE cartridges.
  • Online water removal: Eluates can be collected after online water removal.
  • Application support: Uses self-produced Empore™ disks, supporting applications across multiple fields, including PFAS, plasticizers, metal elements, and radionuclides.
  • Easy operation: Controlled via APP software on a tablet.
