LabTech Flex-MVP Automatic Parallel Vacuum Concentrator

The Flex-MVP Automatic Parallel Vacuum Concentrator is a high-throughput, high-efficiency concentrator. Under heating, vacuum, and vortex oscillation conditions, it rapidly evaporates or concentrates multiple samples to a desired volume. Its combined overall and independent sealing design allows for both full-chamber sealing and individual sealing, enabling flexible addition or removal of concentration flasks without releasing the chamber pressure. This simplifies the concentration process, improves efficiency, and is widely applied in food, environmental, agricultural, and biological sample processing.

The Flex-MVP Automatic Parallel Vacuum Concentrator independently controls each sample, allowing flexible handling, high concentration efficiency, user-friendly operation, and environmentally friendly performance.
  • Batch capacity: 16 positions, compatible with 200 mL, 50 mL, 40 mL, and other flask sizes.
  • Flexible handling: Combined overall and independent sealing design allows addition or removal of individual samples without pausing the instrument or releasing chamber pressure.
  • Independent tubing: Each flask has a separate sealed line and independent exhaust, preventing cross-sample liquid transfer due to bumping, avoiding contamination and backflow.
  • Easy observation: Fully transparent concentration chamber; flasks are suspended, and LED lighting allows monitoring of the sample bottom during operation.
  • Dual solvent and exhaust recovery: Dual-condensation tower design enables recovery of both solvent vapors and exhaust, ensuring environmental friendliness.
  • Touchscreen control: 10-inch touchscreen computer system.
  • User-friendly operation: Software allows real-time adjustment of temperature, vacuum, and shaking frequency; supports timed operations; graphical display of gradient curves; real-time monitoring of all parameters.
