The Isotope-P8 Fully Automatic Radionuclide SPE Instrument automates conventional steps such as cartridge conditioning, sample loading, rinsing, elution, and fraction collection. It enables the separation of target radionuclides from complex sample matrices and allows the collection of multiple discontinuous fractions for precise downstream isotope analysis.
The system uses syringe pumps/peristaltic pumps to deliver reagents and samples. Its spray-washing system cleans sample vials and ensures complete transfer of wash solutions. Multiple acids and reagents can be applied for rinsing and elution, with each step repeatable as needed. Cartridge status is adjustable, and the entire process—including flow rate, reagent type and volume, and timing—runs automatically under pre-set conditions. This unattended, high-throughput workflow improves efficiency, reduces labor and consumable costs, and significantly expands research and detection capabilities in radionuclide studies.
