Hi Travis,

I'm no bubble expert here but from gleaning from the article let me see if I can help you here.

Step 1. Get 10 million dollars
Step 2. Buy anything that has color in your local supermarket
Step 3. Hire a color PhD from India
Step 4. ...
Step 5. Profit.
