The Apple Revolution

So it looks like apple is breaking ground and releasing a revolutionary new mouse. This new mouse supports 2 click buttons, scrolling, optical sensor... wait... this has all been done for years on PC's.

I guess this is about as revolutionary as a flash based mp3 player with no display.

I hate how people always say anything new that uses metal or plastic stole from Apple design. I wonder what those people will say now.

maybe because apple IS revolutionary, and this isn't a typical scroll button mouse if you actually would LOOK at it before writing about it. No buttons genious, its all touch based. But since PCs are about beating its users over the head with the "obvious" its no wonder you have no clue

Well Well Well, Aren't you mac people quite up tight? Maybe you all are just stressed over the switch to intel.

First. Scroll ball. not revolutionary. been done before many times.

second there are buttons. there are side buttons and the whole top is a button.

Third this leads to an annoying design flaw. When I use my mouse, i like to rest my whole hand comfortably on the mouse. this means that when i'm right clicking my left finger is resting on the left mouse button. With the touch sensitive mouse, you would have to use each button without touching the other half of the mouse.

Overall. quite unimpressive.
