So much for progress....
Women's rights have come along way since Margaret Sanger pushed for Birth Control. Women have regained their ownership over their own body. The abortion issue aside, birth control is a huge part of women's rights. Regardless of how you feel about taking birth control pills, every women should have the right to choose. After all many women, of all ages, take birth control for other purposes like acne, regulation, less craps....all that other crap we have to put up with. So, if you feel as strongly as I do about the right women DESERVE to have over their own bodies, there is something you can do to show your feelings.
One politician in Wisconsin is proposing a ban of all birth control distribution, advertisments, and education on ALL University of Wisconsin campuses. Way not cool and possibly unconstitutional. Make your voice known. We are adults and deserve to be treated as such.
