Is there a Flash in this picture?
If you're British, getting your picture taken with the queen is a big deal. It's almost like getting your picture taken with George W. Bush.
But Colonel Simon West in his picture next to the Queen appears to be enjoying it a little but too much. Maybe it was something in the wind. Maybe its because he was showing his twig and berries to the whole world.
I think it was a ballsy move by West.
