Prison Abuse and its Consequences
In retaliation for the recent scandal at an Iraqi prison, persons claiming to be associated with al-Quida have beheaded an American captive and posted the video on an Arabic website.
Interestingly enough, the story is nowhere to be found on CNN.com (as of now). It seems inevitable that the coverage of this atrocity will be given far less attention than the alleged humiliating interrogation tactics used by American soldiers in Iraq. God bless our "objective" media.
UPDATE: CNN.com is now displaying the story as Breaking News. (4:00pm)

Interestingly enough, the top of CNN.com currently has "BREAKING NEWS: Kobe Bryant pleads not guilty to sexual assault charge. Details soon." in a much larger font than the "Breaking News" of the beheading.

What I don't get is why the liberals are just letting something slide.
Why isn't it important to psycho-analyze the prison guards. Why is it suddenly that they are so eager to cast their own as the ugly enemy. Isn't everyone ok? Can't they just blame some ugly past or some kind of household or neighborhood for the misguided acts that these prison guards committed.
Why are they so eager to jump on and say, American's are horrible. We are mistreating murderers and villains who are in jail. Jail conditions are too bad for people who would eagerly jump at the occasion to kill 10 Americans. Life is too harsh for these people.
What's even more disgusting is that John Kerry is using this on his website to rais money for his own campaign. Calling it the prison abuse an outrage and then asking for money in his campaign.
Sure it's unfortunate any time a group of soldiers acts in a way that isn't very good, but there are thousands of them over there that are doing an outstanding job. Let's let the soldiers responsible take the appropriate penalty and then move on.

What's sad is that we're getting hits to the site now for people searching for "al Quida beheaded video."
First these people need to learn how to spell. Second, they don't want to watch the video. It is seriously the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. It was just disgusting. Let's just level the entire middle east. They've proven themselves useless.
