You wanna get high?
Police in Arizona pulled over a garbage truck that was driving erratically. Maybe it was because the drug dogs could smell it from 10 miles away, maybe its because the drivers were giggling uncontrollably, but police investigated a little and turned up over 2 tons of pot in the trash recepticle area. My only question is who was stupid enough to throw away all of that pot?
